We will begin with a written proposal of the projects that will best meet your goals and budget. Then your website will be monitored with on-going reports and continued strategies for success. All this is done taking into consideration your goals and budget.

Project Costs:

Project costs are based on the information provided, and may be inappropriate if additional information is forthcoming, or specifications change. The addition of projects or pages not specified here may result in additional costs that will be made clear via Change orders. This estimate is good for 30 days.

Payment Terms:

Projects are prepaid unless otherwise agreed to. Prompt Payment is required according to the schedule. If the project is in progress and then cancelled, the funds paid up until that time are non-refundable. If any content requested is not received within 60 days from date of acceptance, the project will be considered complete. Any funds paid will not be refunded and will be considered professional fees for services rendered. Agreement may be reinstated at any time in the future, though projects costs may be modified. Any previous payments made will be put toward reinstated project. A reinstatement order will be issued representing all changes and work will be upon acceptance of order. Should order not be accepted previous payment terms remain in effect.
